Sushi Making Class and Sake
Enjoy a fun, relaxing and hands on Sushi class with Chef Corey this holiday season at the Sunset Room. From hand rolls and maki, to nigiri and sashimi, learn the basics and impress your guests. Holiday Markets at the National Harbor
It is the most wonderful time of the year! Plan a day with your family or friends, celebrate and shop this holiday season at National Harbor every Saturday, December 3rd, 10th and 17th. The holiday market will feature local artisans, crafters, jewelers offering their unique, holiday - inspired gifts. After you're done shopping at National Harbor enjoy the tree lighting and firework display over the harbor at 5:30pm. Before, during, and after the festivities visit ICE at the Gaylord, dine at any of the local restaurants at National Harbor or try your lady luck at the MGM. Meet Our Chef!
Corey Kuck


Executive Chef Corey Kuck is the youngest of 6 kids. He resided in Sheboygan, Wisconsin. He knew that he wanted to be a chef at the age of 5. His love of cooking started from watching his mom who was the most influential chef in his career.
Chef Corey followed his passion by starting at a young age and studied under various chefs in restaurants with different cultural backgrounds. His background includes Italian, Americana, Asian/Japanese/Thai, Mediterranean, German, Middle Eastern, Latin and Spanish food around the world. He has planned and prepared menus for Presidents, Kings, Princes, Professional Athletes, dignitaries, and celebrities. He also loves to teach and pass on the skills he has learned during his career.
When he is not at the restaurant, he loves to spend his time at home relaxing or hiking with his 4 Huskies.
